Well would ya look at this handsome little freak.

Is he here to save the day? Is he here to fuck shit up?

Who knows! But what I do know is that @tokaytoys / @mohair_stones did an excellent job on bringing this guy to life with this paint job. The gnarly pink and green of his skin looks so good with his soft blurple suit and yellow belt and boots.

@weeping.warlock / @adamxyates is one of my favorite artists and his character designs translate so well to toys. I’m always geeked to add another one of his works to my collection.

Let’s all have a happy Friday and a nice weekend, eh.

✟ Holyvoid ✟ by Adam Yates

@adamxyates

𝕬 𝖉𝖆𝖗𝖐 𝖗𝖊𝖆𝖑𝖒 𝖔𝖋 𝖘𝖆𝖓𝖈𝖙𝖎𝖙𝖞, 𝖈𝖔𝖗𝖗𝖚𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓, 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖒𝖞𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖗𝖞.

I'm a whiny broken record when it comes to endlessly wondering what this platform accomplishes by continuing to cast invisibility cloaks on gifted artists ... and THIS TIME, we're focusing on Adam Yates' @adamxyates digitally rendered illustrations for flippin' sake!

I haven't used this platform nearly as long as other artists/and art aficionados (I set up my account in 2019), but considering the tons of dark surreal artists that I follow, Meta's algorithm is obviously broken since not once has it suggested that I take a look at this particular artist's Zdzisław Beksiński-esque work. (?!?!?!??!??!??!??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!??!??!)

The overstuffed image carousel in this post is sort of my way of righting IG's injustice ... plus, I'm a 'more is MORE' kind of art addict.

I was instantly inspired to share Adam's work the moment I laid my eyes on it, but once I realized that his portfolio spilleth over with hit after hit, taking the extra time to share oodles of pieces - all of which are created in Procreate with pencil brushes - is totally worth it!

As always, if you like what you see, please make a point of following this artist's social media accounts and maybe even buying one of his awesome art books (info via last link below). 🙌💀🔥

The three editions of HOLYVOID by @adamxyates are still available, but the Inquisitor Edition won’t be for much longer.

Today, we’re showcasing the Confessor Edition, our deluxe edition featuring exclusive additional pages and an even deeper journey into Adam Yates’ haunting universe.

If you’re drawn to dark, immersive worlds with a powerful and coherent visual identity, HOLYVOID is made for you. More than an art book, it’s an invitation to descend into unfathomable abysses where beauty and horror become one.

Tour de France – Stage 20 🏔️
It’s always special to be on the Galibier. We even had a little photography “meetup” and managed to get a great group photo together 🥰 I’m so grateful to work with colleagues who have truly become friends 🫶🏻
The Galibier was as breathtaking as ever. I love the rugged rocks, the endless mountains… I’m really going to miss them.

But tomorrow, it’s finally time for PARIS!✨ I can’t believe the day has finally arrived! It means that Monday I’ll be home to my kitties 🐈‍⬛🥰
