A message from our Executive Director ❤️

After an unforgettable weekend at IRONMAN Wisconsin, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on what we experienced together.

There’s far more on my heart than I could ever fit into one caption.

So this one is for Team Jacob, Team Brenda, our Angels, families, supporters, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this weekend possible.

My message to all of you continues in the comments below. ⬇️

~Dave

One more run done - next up John Tanner Tri with @thekylepeasefoundation. Bike ✅ Run ✅ Swim - to be determined. My shoulder doesnt like freestyle at the moment - and not sure I want to do an open water breast stroke swim segment.

Thank you @adaptivestarmobility , @pillarchiropracticandrehab , and @lakeshorefoundation for your support of #TeamCouch. @huntsvilletrackclub @runbtc @first_horizon #owningthemoment @peakathleticcollective @castellicycling @castellicollective @alteregorunning #alteregosouth

One of the best parts of being a @thekylepeasefoundation Ambassador is getting to race as a push-assist runner 🏃‍♂️💨.

In January, I’m heading back to Walt Disney World with Team KPF for the Dopey Challenge 20278 — 49 miles over 4 consecutive days (5K, 10K, Half, Full) all in the name of athletic inclusion!

My goal is to raise $5,000 for KPF. 📊 Where we stand: $2,900 raised | $2,100 to go!

Help me cross this fundraising finish line so we can keep #pushingbeyondlimits for the disability community.

Tap the link in my Bio to read my "Why" and make a donation. Please share to your story.

There are moments in life that remind us what truly matters.

Not the pace.
Not the podium.
Not the miles.

It’s the lives we touch along the way.

Every rider at Bike to the Beat carried more than a bicycle. They carried hope, encouragement, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to experience the joy of crossing a finish line.

When we choose to lift someone else, we all rise together.

This is why we ride.
This is why we serve.
This is why we believe that the greatest victories are the ones we help someone else achieve.

Together, we triumph.

Some rides are measured in miles. Others are measured in moments.

Today at the Pedal Point Rally, I had the privilege of pulling Captain Doug with Angel Kate by our side. Days like this are a reminder that strength isn’t about how fast you ride or how hard you push. It’s about choosing to show up for someone else.

Every mile becomes more meaningful when it’s shared. Every challenge becomes smaller when you’re surrounded by people who believe in you. That’s what myTEAM TRIUMPH is all about.

Together, we proved once again that the finish line isn’t reserved for a few. It’s for everyone willing to help make it possible.

Day 8 of our epic #RunAcrossAmerica…11 years ago today as we crossed into Montana from Idaho and into a new time zone!
One of my favorite “day count” pics in our superhero shirts 🦸‍♂️

July 9th, 11 years ago…Day 6 of our Run Across America was a brutal day for SOOO many reasons, only a few of which were running related! The day could have broken us for sure, but Shamus’ positivity prevailed (read all about it and our entire adventure in our book BetterTogether, link to order in bio😉)
But two of the big highlights of Day 6 were finishing our first state (Washington and crossing into Idaho) and the boys getting to spend some time at a fun park/spray ground after a LOOONG day!
