First week of classes complete 🤍

Feeling so proud of everyone who showed up, worked hard, and gave themselves the chance to try something new. It’s been so special seeing the energy in the room and watching this little community start to come together.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach and do something I genuinely love. Getting to be in a room with people, move together, and hopefully help others feel stronger and more confident 🫶🏾

One week down, and many more to go!
