Want that hourglass back ? ⏳💪🏼

Keep it simple. Keep it boring. Because guess what?
The basics WORK. 🔥

Same exercises. Same routine.
Over and over again.

Stop changing your workouts every week. Find a program that works for YOU and your body, stay consistent, focus on your form, and repeat until perfection 💯

Of course, powered by @adastra_gr 🚀

💊 Creatine | BCAA | Electrolytes | Glutamine | Whey Protein

✨ Train smart
🥗 Eat well
😴 Sleep enough
🧘‍♀️ Manage your stress
💪🏼 Recover and repeat

No magic tricks. No shortcuts. Just consistency, patience, and discipline…
The results will follow 💪🏼

P.S. ignore my messy hair that’s not important in this video ☺️
because life is far from perfect , but you need to keep showing up for yourself…
like on this video, i just felt I want to inspire and motivate people to start training,
so there’s no studio lighting, no professional photographer,
just me , my 9 year old daughter behind the camera and my passion for fitness 💪🏼

Want to know what it actually takes to look like this …Swipe👉🏼

No magic. No luck. And definitely no shortcuts. At 38, this is what years of training, discipline, good nutrition, daily movement and consistency looks like.

And yes — supplements are a big part of my daily routine. 💊 From protein and creatine to collagen, vitamins, minerals and more — I’m showing you exactly what I take.

Train. Nourish. Supplement. Move. Repeat. 🤍

P.S. using AI for creating the text and aesthetic quotes but not for my body … it’s very important to know to distinguish what is real and what is not nowadays…
Pictures 6 and 7 are completely untouched by AI , just my physique after years of hard work 🙌🏼💪🏼

Let’s get ready for the Gym with me & AdAstra 💪🏼

The supplements I personally use every day to support my health, fitness, and active lifestyle ✨💪

✔️ Creatine – supports strength, performance, recovery, and even cognitive function

✔️ Collagen Peptides – helps support healthy skin, hair, nails, joints, and overall healthy aging

✔️ BCAA – supports muscle recovery and helps reduce muscle breakdown during training

✔️ Electrolytes – essential for hydration, energy, muscle function, and recovery, especially during the summer months

✔️ L-Glutamine – supports recovery, gut health, and immune function

✔️ Whey Protein – a convenient way to meet daily protein needs and support muscle growth and maintenance 💪🏼

Remember, supplements don’t replace a healthy lifestyle—they support it.
The real foundation is consistent training, quality nutrition, good sleep, and daily habits !

Strong body. Strong mind. ✨
