I’m not JC from *NSYNC, but I promise you my latest single “Just 4 Kicks” is gonna be your favorite song once you take a listen.

I wrote “Just 4 Kicks” during a time in my life where music felt like magic, and I felt my spark was the brightest it had ever been.

For a few years, I let life drag me down a bit, and as I’m sure you’ve experienced too, we feel sometimes we’ve lost that spark, no matter how hard we search to find it. The greatest realization I could have ever made was that that spark never left you or me, all we need to do is stop looking, and we realize it was in our hearts all along.

“Just 4 Kicks”, my spark, is yours at midnight, and I hope you enjoy this one as much I enjoyed bringing it to life for you.

If any artist out there is struggling with feeling they should just put out what they think people want to hear, lead with what YOU want to hear from yourself, and the right people will resonate with what you do. I spent too much time away chasing what I thought others wanted from me, instead of internalizing what I truly wanted all along.
In less than two weeks, we both finally get what I always wanted to give you. 🤍

THE ATHLETES ARE THE TOP OF THE PYRAMID.
WE’RE DOCUMENTING THE PYRAMID.

Girls.

Youth programs.

High schools.

College.

Coaches.

Families.

Communities.

Clubs.

National teams.

Professional athletes.

International growth.

And ultimately, the Olympic pathway.

DEM FLAG FOOTBALL GIRLS™ is being built to document more than the game.

We’re documenting the ecosystem behind the athletes, the people building the sport, and the global movement taking women’s flag football to a new level.

The story is bigger than one team.
Bigger than one league.
Bigger than one country.

ONE SPORT.
ONE MOVEMENT.
A GLOBAL STORY.

The journey starts now.
