We had another lovely “Learn, Connect. Build Community” event. This time we organized a community panel and reception. Gratitudes to our CAB members, Ada, Roberto, Drew (photographed) for sharing their experiences as our community liaison and offering insights and supports throughout the study so far! We enjoyed the positive vibes for connecting, learning about mental health and Black psychology, and sharing ideas and perspectives all with the goals of fostering community and thriving! We learned so much from one another based on the questions, conversations, and suggestions! Contacts exchanged, connections built, importantly great food was had, thanks to catering from @fatschicken yum!! HUGE love to @artenoirnow for generously letting us use the beautiful space (literally, holding space for the community!) ‘til next time!
