Sixteen years ago I was moving mats on campus at UCLA for UCLA gymnastics.

Everything since has been someone in this sport handing me a chance. Friends asking if I would come work their camp. A club gym deciding their athletes needed someone in their corner. Arkansas handing me a microphone in 2020 and letting me keep it every season since. Pacific Reign letting me build. The NCAA allowing me the opportunity to create magical memories for fans.

Happy National Gymnastics Day. Best sport there is, full of the best people. Thank you for having me.

Here’s to continuing to chase big dreams, embrace every challenge, and never stop believing in what’s possible. ✨💪

So grateful to be able to do what I love every day and to be surrounded by people who support, challenge, and believe in me. 🫶✨

So thankful for this sport, the journey, the lessons, teammates and every moment along the way. 💕

💜 2026 Xfinity US Gymnastics Championships

🩷 i’m so proud of beacon and what he brings to @usagym. proud of the work he and i do together and feel honored to be able to work with @usagym . on a personal note, this event completes my 42nd year working as event staff with USAG. before bringing AAT to the sport my work was with the rhythmic program- doing various jobs; meet referee assistant, scoring coordinator, registration etc. to be able to stay with the sport doing something i absolutely love is very special.

💙 a special shout out to TJ! i’m always holding my breath a little bit as we board the plane on our trips, hoping that whoever we share the row with on the plane likes dogs. of course, beacon hopes to make friends with everyone he encounters in his life, he understands he needs to wait for permission. He’s also very good at picking up on energy from those who aren’t interested (or could have other limitations like allergies or fear which are concerns I don’t take lightly). as you can see, TJ was all in! what a delightful guy- i’m so appreciative!

💛 beacon likes looking out the window on takeoff and landing (🤷🏻‍♀️). For that reason, I usually request middle and window seats. beacon doesn’t actually get the seat, but he gets the floor space in front of the seat. that space added to 80% of my leg space gives him enough room to be comfortable on the flight. for the times that we aren’t able to secure a window seat, it’s sweet gestures like TJ’s that warm my heart. thank you again TJ!

💚 beacon’s bandana made and gifted by @saltybunsdogco thank you! ♥️

10 moments. 2 years. Countless memories.

Looking back at some of our favorite Otter Wave moments before tomorrow feels a little surreal.

Every order, collaboration, design, package, friendship, and little moment brought us here.

These are just 10 of the memories we’ll carry with us forever… and tomorrow, we get to show you where they’ve led us.

Tomorrow, everything changes.

See you then ✍🏼🔜

“Thank you, Otter Wave.”
for every person, every memory, and every unexpected moment that came from 𝐨𝐧𝐞 little idea.
two years ago, I had no idea where this would take me.
and honestly… I still don’t have the words for what comes next.
but some chapters are too special to simply end.

see you soon.

see you September first. 👀

The most important work happens behind the scenes.
It’s the work no one sees, the corrections, repetition, attention to detail, and countless small adjustments that eventually create what looks effortless in performance. I must add - the dedication and commitment level comes from athletes and coaches equally.
