The interwebs reminded me this fashion show was 16 years ago! If only I had pictures of some of the details. I am forever grateful for friends with cameras 🖤

You don’t know how powerful you are until you look around and see how much you’ve inspired your circle to be stronger. 💪🏽 Salamat / tlazocamati / gracias / شكراً thank you to this inspiring community, as we build strength & healing together, training hard til dusk! Stepping into this circle and warrior leadership brought so much joy and healing for each one of us — a historic moment, as G shared. Love and protection to our warrior clan. As our paths forge forward, we protect each other. 🧿⚔️❤️‍🔥

Our Santa Ana warriors meet monthly to practice + build muscle memory. Open to returning students only. 🗡️

I was gonna post these throwbacks of Cat on my story, but they are too good for a story!

Happy birthday, Cat!! 🎉🎂🍻🖤
What would have happened if I hadn't walked up to you randomly and asked you to be part of a fashion show all those years ago? Lol

✨HAPPY NEW YEAR✨ Saturday boot camps have been full and I’m so happy to see it keep going into 2025. Weekend classes are a great switch up from the weekday strength classes, we hit some strength but pair it with cardio with intentions of keeping our heart rate up as consistently as possible. The term “boot camp” always intimidates people but it can be beginner friendly and I always tell my client and newcomers, if you can get through boot camp you and do anything and any class! Want to join us? Try your first class free! #santaana #orangecounty #fitness

Told everyone that if they made it through todays Boot Camp, they can make it through any of my boot camps. We had a full class today! Love to see it especially bright and early on a Sunday. Proud of everyone that put in the hard work this morning, it was a sweaty one. 💪
