NATIONAL CHAMPS🏆, and State runner up🥈. If you would have told me this time last year that I would be apart of both of these winning teams, I would have laughed in your face. I’ve sat down to make this post so many times, then gotten right back up, because I truthfully just don’t know the words to say to even start to explain this team.

Moving schools in the middle of highschool is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I remember feeling so many emotions from being excited, to just scared out of my mind. I felt so much anxiety over all of the changes that were about to happen in my life, moving out of my childhood home, to a new school, meeting all new people, and stepping back into cheer. All of the worries and stress that I felt melted away right when I walked into the PAC for my first practice. From the second that I walked in I knew that I was walking on to a team with not only huge goals, but the ability to reach them! This team not only has overcome every possible challenge you could think of, but also used the setbacks as motivation to drive us.

The girls on this team are not only the most encouraging girls that you will ever meet, but also the most compassionate. I not only know that I could go to any girl on the team for comfort, but that they will each show up for you 100 and 10 percent when it matters most! Y’all are my rock!!

Coaches-I can’t even begin to thank you enough, not only for taking a chance on a girl that just walked onto the team halfway through the season, but also pushing me everyday to be the best version of myself! Your constant encouragement, support, and love for the lord is something I look up to daily!

Thank you Gentry cheer for giving me my love for the sport back, oh how I’ve missed it!! Next up-senior season!!🤍
