so grateful to have celebrated today with so many of my sweet friends and all the people that i love most!
i am so beyond excited to announce that you can now find me at @amara_ankeny ! this space has genuinely felt so right for me, and i’m already feeling so spoiled by the sweet girls at the salon 🫶🏼

this is simply the beginning, i can’t wait to see just where this career takes me 🤎

and just like that cos school is done…

i didn’t wanna believe anyone when they told me that cosmetology school would be one of the hardest times of your lives but it was definitely the hardest and most draining moment of my life. i have never been more grateful for the education i got here but i will never miss this place. so many of the good moments will always outweigh the silent battles that i dealt with everyday in this place and in my head. i could not thank everyone who has been with me through my time in school and i will always love and cherish the friendships that i made here as well.

lauren and addie, thank you for being there with me through everything. this is the friendship that i have needed the most in my life. from going to see each other 40+ hours a week to now not seeing each other at all and being 2 hours away i will miss you both. i am so grateful to be able to truly call you both my best friends

my family and kai, you have supported me so so much and have always been there to listen to me bawl my eyes out, rant, hear the most random stories from the day, or to listen to me tell you how much of a experience this has been for me… thank you. i never thought i would want to move back home but having such a huge support system has made me realize it’s all i’ve ever needed.

lastly aveda, where do i even start… this has been the most rewarding, humbling, best and worst experience all in one. i could not thank this place more for bringing me such genuine friendships that saying goodbye to is hard to do.
