Ok here’s my serious sappy post☹️

Words can’t describe how much this team means to me. Four years ago, I made the tough decision to go all beach and leave indoor volleyball behind. What I didn’t know then was that these girls had made the exact same decision that same year, before any of us even knew each other. Somehow that one decision brought us all together and exactly where we were supposed to be. We’ve spent the last 4 years growing up together through every win, loss, tournaments, hard practices, and everything in between. @gcvabeach gave me the family I never knew I needed and the best teammates you could ask for. Y’all made me look forward to every practice and every game even if I was exhausted. We have put so much hard work and dedication in to be able to compete at the next level but I wouldn’t have been able to do it without y’all by my side. All the weekends and late nights we sacrificed to pursue something we love would not have been worth it if I wasn’t doing it with them. The team we have became is the perfect representation of how a team should be and I am so lucky to have experienced that. This program has given me so much more than volleyball but life long friendships that made it feel like home. It’s going to be so different competing against each other next year and cheering y’all on from the other side of the net but I’ll always be y’all’s biggest fans. Love you all so much!!!!
