And just like that, we’re here… SENIOR YEAR! 🎓🩷
There are certain moments as a parent that you know are coming, but nothing really prepares you for how they feel when they finally arrive. This is one of them. I look at you and still see pieces of that little girl, while at the same time seeing this beautiful young woman standing in front of me, ready for whatever comes next. I’m not quite sure how both can be true at the same time. 🥹
Addison, I hope you make this year everything you want it to be. Be present for it. Take chances, try something new, surround yourself with people who make you happy, and don’t be afraid to do things that push you a little outside of what feels comfortable. There will be plenty of time to figure out what comes next—right now, enjoy where you are.
Your Dad and I are so incredibly proud of you. You are the greatest gift we have ever been given. You make us laugh and have a heart that makes you beautiful in all the ways that truly matter.
Keep God close, trust yourself, and never be afraid to go after the life you want. There is so much ahead of you, and I cannot wait to watch you make it yours.
I love you, @addison.schooler! Soak it all in. 🩷

Megan Moroney did not disappoint! 💕🎶 What a fun concert! Addison saw her Friday night in Dallas, and after loving her songs, I knew I wanted to go too. We grabbed tickets a few weeks ago and made the trip to Tulsa last night! 🤠✨ Thanks, Addison, for seeing her twice in one weekend just to go again with your mom. 💗 Such a fun night with my girl!
