Ask any teacher, the best part of our job, the reason we do what we do, is the relationships we build with our kids. This is the hardest thing to leave. I have had so so many amazing students over the years, lots that I am still in touch with. Each year it’s sad when your seniors leave, but you’re comforted by the thought of seeing your underclassmen again in the fall and the new kids coming up. It’s the cycle of life for a teacher. Knowing that I’m stepping off that merry go round, that I’ve graduated my last class, that I won’t get to see the rest of them grow up and move on and I won’t be getting any new kids ever again… that’s the tough part. I’m gonna miss you all so much 🥹 Here’s just a few from this past year. Love you guys!
