Welcome back for our first “Meet a Sig Monday” of the semester 🐎🇺🇦 - Our new social chairs Addison Rosa and Jake Osterberg

Meet Addison Rosa, a sophomore from Lancaster, Pennsylvania majoring in Professional Golf Management. Addison, better known as “Addi,” is one of our social chairs. Despite being born and raised in Lancaster, Addi has assured us countless times that he is not Amish and has used electricity a handful of times when not tending to his cattle and sheep. When he’s not planning functions or being an Amish carpenter, you can find Addison playing 9 holes then heading out to golf. Addison is known for his incredible ability to lock in, sometimes focusing on a single task for 14 consecutive hours without food, water, or blinking. Scientists have reached out to study him, but Addison said he was busy reorganizing his entire room at 4:17 in the morning. He plans on using his Professional Golf Management degree to one day become the first person to manage Augusta National from a horse and buggy.

Meet Jake Osterberg, a sophomore from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania majoring in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Jake is the other half of our social chair duo and an avid snowboarder and fly fisherman. Jake spent most of his childhood in the mountains of Western Pennsylvania where he claims he learned to fly fish before taking his first steps which honestly is incredibly weird. When winter comes around you can find Jake on the mountain hitting the slopes and telling everyone he “almost went pro”. His career was cut short after attempting a 720 and tearing his meniscus into eight different pieces. Brutal. Jake is also a loyal Subway customer and refuses to call it fast food because “they make it in front of you.” He has recently signed an NIL deal with the company, where he now has to muck a footlong to the “fatch” daily.
