I’ve been hearing your feelings about this election cycle, and I see how heavy it’s been on our hearts and minds. That’s why l’m here-to support you through this! Stay tuned for our empowering guide to resilience!

So, let’s talk about something big this month: anger!
It’s definitely one of those misunderstood feelings.

Remember, anger isn’t something to be scared of; it’s actually trying to tell us something important. It often means we’re feeling hurt or that our needs aren’t being met.

When anger shows up, take a sec to pause and reflect.
Ask yourself:

🛑What’s really bothering me?

🛑How can I share this feeling without getting defensive?

We need to honor our anger-it’s part of us! Instead of pushing that anger down, let’s get curious! Let’s practice turning that anger into action. It’s just our instinct trying to protect us, and it’s totally okay to feel!
