📖TBR Confessions Challenge📖

~~~••~~~
I’m veryyyy late to doing this (whoops) but I was tagged by @afantasylibrary (thank you so much 🤭) to do this tbr challenge!
I’ve tagged a few to participate, but no pressure!
Anyone can join in! ♥️
-The one I swear I’ll read next:
The Will of the Many; looks SO GOOD
-The one I’m saving for the right mood:
Lethal Kiss by Taylor Grothe; I’m so excited for this one, but I really want to be in the right mood for it when I start it!
-The one everyone keeps telling me to read:
Daggermouth by HM Wolfe; I NEED to start it! I’ve heard great things
-The one I’m scared won’t live up to the hype:
A Little Life; I’ve heard so many mixed things about this one 😅
-the one destined to stay unread:
Firefly Lane; it’s been watching me from my shelf for years 🥲
Have an amazing day!!! 💕
On Wednesdays we wear pink 🩷🌸💘
I was tagged by @flip_the_page to share my Pink Wednesday stack and of course I couldn’t say no. 🤭
I may have a tiny obsession with pink sprayed edges… okay, maybe not so tiny 🤭 They just make me so happy every time I stack them together 💓
Tagging some of my bookish besties because I can’t wait to see your pink stacks! 🌸📚✨
🥹 Appreciation Post 🥹
I adore this community and have made so many great friends here over the years.
On Thursday, June 18th, I lost my dog of 15 years. She was my everything and the loss was crippling. I let a few close friends know why I'd be MIA to grieve and a couple of them sent me care packages that I had no idea were coming 😭 it meant the world to me and I can't thank you enough.
To @holly.fit.read.eat.repeat thank you for the candle (it smells amazing and made me smile for the first time since...) and for the yummy snacks 🥺
To @addy.is.booked thank you for the snacks, body wash and the book. Your package showing up made me cry (but in a good way which was a nice change of heart) ❤️‍🩹
You both have no idea what these meant to me, I love you gals dearly 😭🥺 thank you ♾️♾️
Qotd - What was the last thing to make you smile?
Or tell me something good happening in your life right now?
Or PT - When I saw you, I smiled because __________....
• BOOK FRIEND RECS •
We're halfway through the year, so I asked some of my bookish friends what their favourite read of 2026 was (so far)!
⁉️Have you read any of these or are any on your tbr?
(Thanks to @frenchybookworm for this fun idea!)
✨𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞✨
It may have taken me a couple days but I have completed the challenge with a minor change. I changed the last letter of my name to an “e” instead of a “y”. As I have not read any book that starts with the letter “y”.
Thank you, to the lovely @libraryofsi for the tag. 💋
Let me share with you a few of my favorite books written by a few of my favorite authors.
✨6 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬 12 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬✨
I saw @bookednbougie do the 6 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬 12 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 Challenge and thought I would join the fun.
What you do is pick an author that you love or an author whose backlist you want to complete. From there you pick a book that you’ve read and one that is still sitting on your TBR.
I chose 5 authors that I absolutely adore and 1 that is a new to me author.
Dark Dare 1/2026
A Tainted Proposal 2/2026
The Forgotten Billionaire 4/2026
My kindle cannot wait to house these gems!
