Brick endurance race series 🤝 @usa.tri.elite NC Crew.

Brought the cameras with me this time, spent 90% of the race swimming with Kimble, 9% eating snacks, and 1% taking photos of AUXO Collective. It was a great day, and a lot of fun to see everyone out racing a local race!

I learned running is actually 80% mental

But nobody tells you what to do with that information.

Because knowing that doesn’t stop the doubt from creeping in at mile 3.

It doesn’t stop you from standing on the start line already defeated.

It doesn’t stop your legs from feeling fine but your mind from telling you to quit.

80% mental means 80% of your performance is happening somewhere your coach can’t see, your training plan can’t fix, and your PRs can’t solve.

So what actually changes it?

That’s exactly what I work on with runners.
The part no one is training.

If you’re tired of your mind being the thing standing between you and what you’re capable of — my page is for you.

Congratulations Addy! I am so proud of you!
You gave your all in the classroom, in your sport, and in every challenge along the way. Watching you grow into the strong, determined, kind, and hardworking young woman you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I can’t wait to see what you accomplish in your next chapter!
