POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Speed, power, explosiveness, movement — none of this is new to me as a coach. I’ve spent years using these tools with athletes and building them into their training.

I just never made them a real priority in my own.

My training was built around bodybuilding. Getting bigger. Getting leaner. Looking a certain way.

Now I’m flipping that.

I still want to be lean. I still want to be a bodybuilder. But now I want to apply the same principles I’ve used with my athletes to myself — and see how athletic I can actually become without giving up the physique I’ve built.

Don’t just look athletic. Be athletic.

This clip is only part of the story.

The past two years reminded me that the things we love most are often the easiest to take for granted. This journey gave me a new perspective and a deeper sense of gratitude. Every moment playing with my best friends is a gift. ❤️ #821
