Getting cleared for sport shouldn’t be based solely on a timeline, it should be based on if the athlete is truly ready to take on the demands of their sport again. @upward_kc takes pride in our return to sport program as our Physical therapy side works hand in hand with our Sports performance side. Utilizing @vald_performance allows us to analyze the following before clearing an athlete

• Single-leg jump performance
• Limb-to-limb asymmetries
• Ankle strength
• Countermovement jump (Compare to longitudinal data)
• Reactive strength (RSI)

Super stoked for @addy_seyf as she is off to hoop at Rockhurst University this year after being fully cleared. Sko Hawks 🫡
