Ife Omai @itsifeomai is AllAccess’s Co-Founder and Chief Communications Officer. She and her co-founders, @mrblaise Oladapo “Dapo” Giwa, set out to build something alien in Nigeria, and dare we say, after over ₦1 billion in payouts and creators spanning West Africa, they’re pulling it off. AllAccess is a platform where African creators get paid directly by the people who love their content, in naira from home and in dollars or crypto from everywhere else. No middleman at all. In two years, AllAccess has grown from working at the tense intersection of content creation, digital money, and Nigerian morality. In this interview we talked about building in a corner of the internet most people only whisper about, why she refuses to ask creators why they do what they do, how the money actually moves, and what it means for a young Nigerian woman. ⁡ 💃 ⁡ ＼First Collection✨／ ⁡ 小中同級生の零王(@leosugo )主催のイベントに 遊びに行きました😊 ⁡ 彼はもともと、アフリカ各国の日本で知られていない魅力を 日本の若い世代に届けたい！という思いから、 大学時代に日本の10-20代のアフリカ無関心層に届けることを 目的としたファッションショー「Tokyo Africa Collection」を立ち上げ、 その後、株式会社ステージバンクとして法人化しました✨ そして今回ファッションショー立ち上げから10周年の節目として 「First Collection」を立ち上げ開催🔥 ⁡ 今回は、日本の10-20代へ向けた新しいファッションショーシリーズ✨👖 アフリカ10カ国の魅力をファッションを通してお届けするという内容でした😊 ⁡ そしてなんとイベントMCが、 同級生の安奈(@nakagawa.anna1022 )🎤✨ イベントの数日前に知って驚きでした😍 同級生同士のコラボに感激🥹✨ ⁡ 安奈がNHKにいた頃は、 スタジオやメイク室が隣だったりで たまに会えてましたが久しぶりの再会🥰 日英同時MCで2人ともとってもカッコよかった🔥 ⁡ 私は友人から話しを聞くことが多くあるからか、 昔からアフリカに興味はあって… ですが「アフリカ行きたい！」と口にするとだいたいの方に 「えっ😅アフリカ？？💦」と驚かれます笑 ⁡ 確かに知識を持った上で行かなければいけないというのはありますが、 アフリカの話は聞けば聞くほど知らないことが沢山あるし、 イメージと違う部分があったりと益々気になります！ ⁡ 今回でまた更にアフリカに行きたい欲が強まりました🔥 ⁡ ナイジェリア•ラゴス発のファッションブランド PITH Africa(@pithafrica )の創業者3名も初来日🇯🇵 個性的で色づかいもとっても可愛かった👖🌼 今後が楽しみ😌 風花(⁡@anemone_hi_lite )のパレスチナ刺繍の手作り浴衣も とっても素敵だった〜🥹✨ 同窓会みたいな気持ちで 最高な息抜きになりました🙌 ⁡ -——————————— たまには体操以外の投稿🥳 ⁡ #firstcollection#Africa#fashion#Japan

8月30日（日）に開催予定のファッションショー「First Collection」 (@first_collection_tokyo )の事前企画・準備の一環でナイジェリア・ラゴスに渡航していました。 主にショーのアンバサダーの現地視察のアレンジ、関係者とのミーティング等々。 今回はショーの社会人メンバー1名、学生メンバー4名、そしてアンバサダー1名の計6名の引率？という形。 学生メンバーは18歳。ファッションモデルのアンバサダー。自分以外全員初アフリカ、初ナイジェリア。 何かあったらただじゃすまない。 一人の時はケアしないようなこともケアする丁寧な？旅でした。最初から予定が狂いドタバタでしたが。 （なんと出発日の豪雨で学生メンバー2名が空港にたどり着けず、渡航できないという事態も発生） ただ渡航メンバーみんな楽しんで、学びも多数あった旅になったようでうれしい限りです。 彼ら彼女らの一般的に想像される「アフリカ」観を良い意味で覆せて、感想をきいていると嬉しくなります。 現地ではいろいろな方と会いましたが、1年ぶりに、現地発のファッションブランド「PITH Africa」( @pithafrica )のみんなとも再会しました。 去年9月には渋谷でPOPUPをやって、、そして8月30日のショーでは満を持して日本に招聘予定です。 1日まるまる、ラゴスのいろいろなクリエイティブスポットに連れて行ってくれて感謝！ 本当に本当に忙しくて毎日とてもとても大変ですが、ショーまであと9日！良いものをつくれるように駆け抜けます。 ぜひみにきてください！ #firstcollection #lagos #fashonshow
