Thirty. And somehow, I’m still becoming.

There’s something humbling about turning 30. You look back and realise how many versions of yourself you’ve had to become just to arrive here. The girl who had dreams, the woman who survived disappointments, the one who lost, learned, loved, laughed, cried, started over, and somehow kept going.

I’ve learned that life rarely follows the script, and honestly, mine has had enough plot twists to qualify for a limited series. But if 30 has taught me anything, it is that there is no prize for having it all figured out. There is only the quiet privilege of being alive, growing, becoming, and having the grace to appreciate how far you’ve come.

I’m deeply grateful for the people who have loved me through my different seasons, for the prayers that carried me when I had no words, for the doors that opened, the ones that didn’t, and even the detours that made me who I am.

It’s still my 30th birthday celebration, and it’s gonna be like that till I say otherwise🤭… So wish me a happy birthday🥳☺️🤭.

This is 30, thank you God!!!

I couldn’t have given myself 30 solid years of sound mind!

I couldn’t have lived 30 years of this life by my strength or sustenance!

It’s all you Jesus❤️

At 30, I’m not where I imagined I’d be. I’m somewhere better: here.

Older, wiser, softer in some places, stronger in others, and still audacious enough to believe that the best parts of my story are yet to be written.

Here’s to 30. To becoming. To joy. To answered prayers. To new beginnings.

And, because apparently adulthood is a subscription service with no cancellation button, to figuring the rest out as I go.

Chapter 30, let’s make it beautiful. 🥂✨
