Thank you so much to everyone for all the birthday wishes last week! I had a great day turning 38!
The girls woke me up early with presents, then we went and got fancy coffees from the local coffee shop, came home and Adelaide made us pumpkin French toast for breakfast, and my nieces called me and sang me happy birthday. 😊
Athena had cheer for a big chunk of the day, but Adelaide and I watched some TV, got a nap in, and then I got to video chat my sister and nieces and nephew from Alabama. They all sang me happy birthday, and then I got to talk to all of them for an hour.😊
I also let Adelaide do a full face of makeup on me, which she always begs me to do, and I never want to lol. She did a great job with using her expert makeup skills, while still keeping it looking natural though, like I prefer. I was nervous, but very happy with how out turned out! ❤️
After Athena was finally done with cheer, we met up with the girls Aunt Jenn, who packed us a ton of food, and we went to the winery to have a picnic. Athena picked out a gorgeous spot that was secluded and away from everyone else, and we had a lovely picnic with lots of yummy food.
We finally ended the night with a movie back at the house.
So thankful for everyone who had a part in making my day special! 💛
