We welcome Adél Bálint @adelbalint facilitating ProDance class next week 🧡

26th-29th October
10:30am-12pm

Join us at TripSpace for a ProDance class with Adél Bálint, professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, whose career includes performances with Szeged Contemporary Dance Company, Pécs Ballet, Győr Ballet Company, Hofesh Shechter Company and eight years with Rambert Dance Company.

Drawing on her experience as both a performer and choreographer, Adél’s teaching brings together technical awareness, musicality, improvisation and creative exploration.

In this class, we’ll explore fluidity and ease of movement through guided improvisation, creative tasks and movement explorations. We’ll experiment with rhythm, musicality and dynamics, discover new ways of moving, and work with longer movement phrases and choreography.

This is an opportunity to approach movement with curiosity and openness, connect with your body, expand your movement vocabulary and develop your own artistic expression in a supportive environment.

See you there!

From Győr to Győr. Creating 'Lényünkből fakad' has been many full circle moments in one project. I am looking back to few snapshots from the premier night of Code 93 this summer, a new triple bill by @gyoribalett . Let this be a shout out post to the company for offering this amazing platform to three emerging female choreographers + on a personal note, for bringing me home to create this piece.
