Meet the Manor Farm Studio team 💕

This group of women are so inspiring and help bring magic into the studio with every class they teach.

Ahead of the new term starting on November 2nd, we will be shining the spotlight on the teachers that bring yoga, sound, and breath into the studio.

Keep watching for more coming soon… ✨

A few moments from May.

As summer unfolds, I’ll be taking a short pause from the early morning Mysore classes through August to rest, reset, and spend some time in the mountains and on retreat.

That said, practice won’t stop completely.

I’ll still be offering:
• Midday classes
• Weekend pop-up sessions
• Occasional workshops and gatherings

Importantly: don’t wait until September to begin.

You do not need the “perfect time” to start practice. Whether you’re completely new, returning after time away, or simply curious, summer can actually be one of the best times to begin, slower pace, smaller groups, and space to settle into a rhythm without pressure.

I’ll post details for classes and workshops as they arise over the coming weeks.

My 4 days Practice is FULL 10-13 September, but I have a similar offering 4-7 June in Banbury with spaces still available for all 4 Practices + mini Workshops, or you can book individual days. Due to family/personal reasons, I am not offering as many teachings as usual this year, so hope to see you at the few I am :) I will be hosted and assisted by Adele Al-Anazi, book with her! @adele__yoga
