If you’ve seen The Five Heartbeats, then you already understand the picture. 😂

Sometimes you don’t need a long argument.

Sometimes you just need to make sure everybody clearly understands the business hours.

10:00 AM:
A man on the phone decides to disrespect my wife and my team because we don’t do FREE trials on game day.

5:21 PM:
He lives in Iowa.

I live in Houston.

And somehow… I’m standing at the door. 😂😂😂

Relax.

I just wanted to make sure he heard me correctly.

Because around here, Absolutely Amazing means something.

My wife matters.
My team matters.
My DJs matter.
My partners matter.
My customers matter.

And nobody gets to disrespect the people helping build this empire.

So yes…

KNOCK KNOCK.

“Sir, just checking… did you understand the business hours?” 😂

Now for everybody else:

If you need help, access, information, service, promotion, media, BottleConnect, TV, radio, water, or simply need to know where to start—

GO TO OUR DM.

We will help you.

Just remember…

Game day is not free-trial day. 😂💯

📖 Macabre Monday
Book: A House With Good Bones
Author: T. Kingfisher
Published: 2023
Review by: @adelllashawn
Grandma’s house used to be weird—but now it’s quiet.
Too quiet.

When Sam visits her mother in their old family home, she senses something isn’t right. Her vibrant, quirky mom is now soft-spoken and anxious. The garden’s been scrubbed clean. The air feels wrong. And the house? It’s holding its breath.

But the deeper Sam digs, the more the bones of the past begin to surface—literally. This isn’t just a haunted house. It’s a cursed legacy. And something with too many legs may be crawling just beneath the surface.

T. Kingfisher delivers a perfectly unsettling mix of humor, Southern gothic, and horror that gets under your skin… and stays there.

Slip Into Fear Rating: 4/5 Skulls 💀💀💀💀
✅ Weird, witty, and wonderfully creepy
✅ Southern Gothic with a modern bite
✅ Bugs. Magic. Generational curses.
⚠️ Don’t read while eating.

💀 Would you stay the night? Drop a 🐞 if you’re ready to visit this house.

📣 Exciting News! 🎉 For my script “Roles Reversed”
I are thrilled to announce that we have received an HONORABLE MENTION! 🏆 This incredible achievement means that our film was among the TOP 3 in its category. 🌟

We want to express our gratitude to the Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival for recognizing our hard work and talent. 🙌 Thank you for updating the judging status of our submission!

Being a black female scriptwriter comes with its own unique set of challenges. In an industry historically dominated by white males, breaking barriers and carving a space for oneself can be an uphill battle. From facing stereotypes and limited representation to dealing with unconscious bias and limited access to opportunities, black female scriptwriters navigate a complex landscape. They often find themselves fighting against the pressure to conform to narrow narratives, while also overcoming the hurdles of exclusive networks and preconceived notions. Despite these challenges, their resilience and determination are reshaping the industry, bringing fresh perspectives and authentic narratives that reflect the diverse world we live in. 🌍
