Pre-tensing is something that can be done in game

But your defender can’t tell it’s happening ❌

Which means they don’t know if you’re about to pass the ball

Or drive right by them 🏎️💨

Small details like this is why our guys blow past their opponents

So if you want to have a quicker first step 🔥

Comment TENSE and I’ll help you ✅

I always hoped to never have to make a post like this about any of the youngings that I spent any time around. Unfortunately this week one of the kids , a very good kid that did nothing to no one, that went through our program at @qualitysports_academy @qualitysportsfit was taken way too early. Our heart and thoughts goes out to his family and his entire support system. Fly high Chris C5 🕊️🕊️🙏🏾

Pre-tensing the muscles is similar to what you feel while doing a wall sit:

💪🏼 Muscles should be building up intensity
🔫 Your whole body should feel like it’s about to fire off

When these 2 things are done, there is more focus in our movement and drives on the court.
