Supporting our jumps coach, Count @valmoregl, as he heads off to Jamaica (where he grew up). He'll be there for 2 weeks to put on two Breast Cancer fundraising events that will raise money to provide mammograms for women who can't afford them.

Count puts these events on in honor of his mother, whom he lost to breast cancer. 🎀

We 🩷 you, Count!

Congrats to our "Panthers of the Meet" for the Lock Haven Invite yesterday: @jack.coyne5, @kathleenmhealy, and @__erin.lynch (as awarded by our previous POTMs, Noah & Gabby).

Jack broke 26 for the very first time, running 25:59, and put together the best race of his career to finish as our 4th man. He was a huge piece of the men's 3rd place team finish and our 40-sec spread.

Kathleen ran 22:12 (a 50-sec PR in the 6k), breaking 23-mins for the first time in her career, on her way to an 11th place finish and top runner on the team.

Erin had a monster race and the biggest time drop of everyone this weekend, running 26:49, which cut 2:50 off her previous best 6k time. She PR'd through her 5k on her way to 6k, and put together the best race of her career so far.

Honorable mentions:
Christina Sakellis
Joanna Weber
Izzy Baloun
Jack Riegger
Mosiah Calderon
Max Krapf
