Remember to shop small this holiday season! Antique and vintage items aren’t sourced from big box stores, and you won’t be supporting a local family spending your money there. The shops I tagged are some of the best in the business! Be sure to go follow their accounts and find some treasures of your own!

I was so excited to pull out my Papa Noel collection and my favorite @anthropologie santa glasses this year to display them in my new shelf from @vintage_chic_farmhouse. Then if this couldn’t be any cuter my vintage tinsel arrived this week from @adhome_ct_ and it was the perfect touch to the new shelf 🩷 I may play around with this a little but I was so excited to show you all ! I hope you are all having a wonderful week. XOXO OH ! The wallpaper is from @officialshabbychic , isn’t it beautiful?!? #shabbychic #shabbychicdecor #thrifting #thriftingfinds #shabbychichome #shabbychicstyle #officialshabbychic #cottagesandbungalowsmagazine #countrylivingmagazine #cottagestyle

This antique champagne crate is too beautiful to not get its own square! 🌲Thank you @adhome_ct_ for such a unique piece!

First Christmas views of the season! I wanted a more neutral color scheme in my sunroom this year with a natural tree. This antique champagne crate was the perfect addition to put my tree in! Do you use unique vessels for your Christmas trees or do you stick with traditional tree skirts/collars?

The calm after the storm 🌀🤎

South Florida was once again very lucky and spared of the very worst of Milton. All is well here, thank you to so many of you who wrote to me and checked in from all over the world! 🥰 This community is so very special and I’m grateful for it! Praying for my fellow Floridians who weren’t so fortunate and keeping everyone in NC still trying to pick up the pieces from Helene in our thoughts and prayers!

Sharing some warm fall views 🤎 Sending much love to all!

I love books. I love the smell of old books - smelling an old book actually calms me. It must subconsciously take me to the distant places I have traveled through them.
I’m loving the use of this antique food book, paired with a favorite cookbook of mine as a riser on my kitchen shelf. 😊

…and the lovely green seltzer bottle @adhome_ct_ 🤍

Many of the pieces in my collection are discovered from the wonderful IG shops I’ve built connections with. When it comes to selecting pieces, I always go for items that evoke a deep emotional response, resonate with me, evoke nostalgia, and speak to my soul. Whether it has a connection to my faith, culture, or is just uniquely fascinating, I’m drawn to pieces that have been cherished and loved before. Each piece tells a story, and I love being a part of that continued narrative. 📖

This antique Bible came from the lovely shop @shopangelholm_ct Shop owner @angelholm_ct is a gem and she has an incredible eye for curating unique and beautiful vintage pieces! Thank you Alicia!!
