Runner’s Blueprint x Zebra Trotters🦓 Big thanks to @adidasza for joining us for an awesome afternoon 🙌 We chatted all things running — from biomechanics of the foot and shoe, to what to look for when buying a pair of running shoes. Plus why balance in your body and training matters — especially when you’re getting race ready Then we laced up the Adidas Boston 13s for a demo run — light, responsive, and a solid ride all round! #running #biomechanics #Boston13 #RunnersBlueprint #adidas #runcommunity

Got to speak a little at the @adidasza Strat Day this last Thursday! Shared a little bit on my decision to move up to the marathon; chasing my Olympic dream🤩 The longer distances have also always felt a bit more like home to me, so I found the transition from the shorter to longer stuff fairly easy. Thankful for all the support and faith from the three stripes brand and team, they are family! & it’s such a blessing to be backed by the best. So grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had so far with them, and all of those still to come 🫶🏼/// Thank you @simply.brad for this little snippet! 🎥
