100 squats. 5 workouts. 1 very sore group 🔥
We don’t do this often—but when we do, you feel it for days.
And it’s not just pain for the sake of it… Squats are one of the most effective full-body movements out there. Research shows they help build lower-body strength, improve core stability, boost mobility, and even increase overall calorie burn thanks to how many muscles they recruit at once.
Translation: it works.
Who’s brave enough to try this with us next time? 😈 drop a 🍑 if you want in on the next one

Happy International Women’s Day!
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and determination of the incredible women in our community. Every day you show up, push yourselves, support one another, and prove that strength is about so much more than just physical fitness.
At The Athletic Body, we are proud to be surrounded by women who inspire us with their commitment, their progress, and the positive energy they bring into the studio.
Thank you for being part of this community and for showing what it means to be strong inside and out.
Here’s to continuing to lift each other up — in the gym and in life.
