POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The deepest part of a woman’s healing journey is finding her way back to herself.

To the woman underneath the conditioning. Underneath the good girl, the people pleaser, the strong one. The one who learned to silence her needs and desires, suppress her emotions, and abandon herself to be loved and chosen.

And there is often so much grief and rage in realizing just how long we’ve been abandoning ourselves. Grief and rage that deserves to be felt and expressed.

This is why the body is at the heart of my work. Because we can’t simply think our way back into our truth. We have to feel, express, move, and reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve spent a lifetime suppressing. Our wildness. Our sensuality. Our desires. Our voice. Our power!!

And what emerges is a woman who no longer needs permission to be herself. Who’s unapologetic in who she is.

She stops abandoning herself to keep others comfortable. She sets boundaries and raises her standards. She stops begging to be chosen and starts choosing herself. She walks away from what isn’t aligned. She trusts herself, honors her desires, and unapologetically stands in her truth.

Self-love isn’t just something you feel, it’s shown in the way you choose to live your life, what you no longer tolerate or are available for.

One of my greatest honors is witnessing women reclaim their power and become more fully expressed, deeply self-trusting, and wildly alive through this work.

If you’re ready to step into this version of yourself - comment ALIVE and I’ll share the details to my program Wildly Alive starting in November❤️‍🔥

The cinematic scenes vs the film shots of Singapore 🎞️ Strolled around Singapore with @adiawarja last July, and we’re practically busy with our own things—he’s busy recording me as his inframe subject with his Fujifilm X-H2s, while I was wandering around with my Leica M3, Olympus MJU II Limited, & Pentax SFXN. And here is how we see Singapore streets from both of our perspectives as cinematographer & film photographer. Enjoy 👌🏻

Tastekeepers: The Last Land

A game concept born from a simple question: what if natural food became something worth fighting for?

Starting from our concerns about the growing presence of instant food, sugary drinks, and ultra-processed food (UPF), we began exploring a world where natural food, ecosystems, and taste become part of a larger conflict.

Together with the WOBL team, we developed Tastekeepers, a game built around a simple premise: natural food vs. synthetic food.

In the world of Tastekeepers, five entities known as the Tastekeepers face an invasion from a giant food corporation that exploits nature for profit. From the pollution it creates, synthetic pests emerge and gradually take over the food industry, damaging ecosystems and erasing the natural flavors of the world.

As the balance of the ecosystem begins to collapse, the Tastekeepers emerge to protect the last fertile land and restore the flavors that are slowly disappearing.
