Can’t wait to see the progression of my technique, strength and conditioning students this year @encoredancehobart !! 💃💪🏼😅

Great first classes yesterday which included goal setting and stripping it back to basic overall technique & foundations to set us up for a brilliant year!

I think the smiles say it all! 🤩

Special thank you to @rachiej83 for your amazing photography & videography ☺️.

My favourite snippets of choreography out of my most recent routine ‘Atlantis’ performed by Burwood Girls High School 🌟

Despite sudden injuries & changes that had to be made they did an excellent job! Very proud.

This routine ‘Atlantis’ explores the complexities of a failing relationship, this could be a friendship, romantic partnership, parent, sibling etc. We explore this by using the metaphor of the legendary island of Atlantis, which is said to have sunk beneath the sea to represent a love that’s unstable and destined to crumble.

(Don’t mind the average camera work, I was too busy watching but promise it gets better!) 💃💃💃
