Last week, Aarambhi’s quest to prove her innocence continued with renewed determination after the disappointment she suffered at the hands of Dr Manmeet and the woman from whom she had borrowed the phone.

She had hoped the independent verification of the video would absolve her of all allegations. Though Dhruv tried his best to outwit Vishwas, he couldn’t. We understand that Vishwas has a personal grudge to settle against Aarambhi. That accounts for his viciousness in the current track. It is quite something the way he is embroiling Aarambhi deep in this fake case. But Avantika’s attitude is worrying. She knows that Aarambhi is no criminal, yet she continues to be as vicious as Vishwas. She has a personal stake in the whole case as she wants to make her relationship with Vishwas legitimate. But has she wondered that what is happening to Aarambhi now can easily happen to her in the future as well, right?

Aarambhi’s mother’s conversation with Dhruv’s dadi was nice. We hope that dadi succeeded in showing her the error in her thinking. It’s one thing to respect a son-in-law. It’s another to be completely blind to his faults and not question them.

Meanwhile, it seems that Dhruv and Aarambhi are on the cusp of something new. They are not in a position to realise it, as their complete focus is on the case. But the lady passenger felt it. The woman driver felt it. Avantika felt it. And lo behold! Even Vishwas felt it. And he was none too happy about it for sure.

What disappointed us was the way in which Avantika destroyed the evidence. It was too fantastical, and it would have had a better impact if Avantika had handled it in a more realistic way.

Vishwas has been awesome in this track. All credit to the actor, @adittyaredij , for his nuanced portrayal of Vishwas. We love to hate him.

We would like to know your thoughts.
