Happy National Oyster Day! 🦪✨

Big love to our oyster family—everyone we’ve shared oysters with, and everyone we’re going to shuck with down the road.

It’s been an incredible ride, and we’re grateful for every single conversation along the way.

Here’s to the farmers, the shuckers, and the oyster lovers everywhere.

EAT MORE OYSTERS! 🤘🏾🦪🤘🏾

Unexpected food scenes on the Canal. 🥘
Watching @paellaworks do their thing was a masterclass in patience and flavor.
If you know, you know—it smelled even better than it looks.
Until next time, @hamahamaoysters . 🦪⚡️

I’d never been to a Hama Hama Oyster Rama.
They hadn’t held one since 2019, and I was fortunate enough to be invited to shuck by the amazing Hama Hama crew for its big return. 🌊🌲
Getting out to the Hama farm feels less like a trip and more like a pilgrimage. There’s a certain kind of magic that happens out there—the water, the oysters, and the best people in the business. Here’s a little glimpse at how my weekend went.
I’m back in NY and missing the West Coast already.
Huge respect to the @hamahamaoysters family for the hospitality and for setting the benchmark.
More coming soon. 🦪⚡️

Going to @kimballhouse for the first time was always going to be an experience, but doing it with two of my favorite oyster nerds made it legendary. 🐚🥂

@hannah.cabana_, @nolaoysterqueen and I didn’t just eat—we ran through the entire menu. KH did not disappoint. Between the top-tier service and the best chicken roulade you can imagine, it was a masterclass in how it’s supposed to be done. 🔪✨

There’s a lot of hype in this game, but these guys are the real deal. Can’t wait for the next time we’re back.

Shucking around and finding out. 🦪⚡️

Alright, I’ll just say it out loud—we love Texas. 🤠🌵
The weather, the people, and the freaking oysters... all of it hits different.
This is Part 1 of our Texas Round Up reels. Last month, The Wandering Shuckers Co. was honored to be invited down to Corpus Christi for a glimpse at the future of this industry.
The Texas Surf Conservancy is doing the real work, bringing folks together to experience what’s happening in these waters. The venue was the Water Street Oyster and Sushi Bar—one of the coolest spots in town—with 11 different farms on display.
Between the shucking demos and the competition, it was a masterclass in Gulf hospitality.
Watching this industry grow from the mud up is something else. Being in a room with the farmers and the pioneers who are building this from scratch... that feels special.
Texas oysters are here to stay, and we’re along for the ride.
Cannot wait to see everyone again soon. 🔪🦪⚡️

The view from the hinge. 🔪☀️

Yesterday - Shucking @hamahamaoysters Summerstones at @wildeastbrewing. The sun is finally out, the squad is back in town, and the energy is perfect! Bring it on.

Keep an eye out for the next pop-up. See ya around.

Shuck around and find out. 🦪⚡️

Sold out at @wildeastbrewing . 🍻🤘🏾🦪🤘🏾

It’s easy to move oysters when you’re shucking gems like these. We had the legendary @hamahamaoysters Summerstones on the ice today—straight from Skunk Island in Port Townsend Bay.
A small hit of brine followed by that creamy melon West Coast finish. It’s a total classic for a reason.
Huge respect to the Hama Hama team for the harvest and to everyone who showed up to clear us out.

Until next time—shuck around and find out. 🦪⚡️
