Ten years. 🧡
Today, I closed a chapter that changed my life forever.

To everyone who came in this morning, stopped by throughout the day, or made a special trip just to say goodbye—thank you. I truly don’t have the words to express how much that meant to me. I felt so loved today, and I’ll carry that feeling with me for a very long time.

Ulta Beauty gave me so much more than a career. It gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, countless lessons, and the privilege of leading the most incredible team I could have ever asked for.

To every member of Team 324, thank you for your hard work, your trust, your laughter, and for making work feel like home. Watching so many of you grow has been the greatest honor of my career, and I couldn’t be more proud of everything we’ve accomplished together.

While I’m excited for what’s next, saying goodbye is far from easy. A piece of my heart will always belong to this team.

Thank you for an unforgettable ten years. I’ll miss you all more than words can say. 🧡
