1. A few years ago, I set my sights on pursuing my masterโ€™s degree in Canada. I was thrilled to gain admission to the University of Saskatchewan with full funding, but life had other plans. Twice, I was forced to put my dreams on hold. It was a tough pill to swallow.

2. In that moment of uncertainty, I could have chosen to wait, to try again, or to give up entirely. But with the encouragement of my close friends, Randy Ohene Otu, Esq and @snr_clement, I chose a different pathโ€”I decided to pursue my masterโ€™s degree in Ghana.

3. Even then, the journey was not smooth. Due to unforeseen delays, what was supposed to be an August 2024 graduation turned into an additional six-month wait. And yet, here I am today, finally holding that degree in my hands.

4. If thereโ€™s one thing this journey has taught me, itโ€™s this: ๐–๐ž ๐๐จ๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฌ. We keep moving forward. Too often, we wait for the โ€œperfectโ€ opportunity, the โ€œbiggestโ€ breakthrough, or the โ€œidealโ€ moment to make a move. But in doing so, we risk delaying our own progress even further. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is light our own corner and keep pushing forwardโ€”even when the road doesnโ€™t look like what we originally envisioned.

5. I owe a debt of gratitude to my academic mentor, advisor, and mom, Dr. Rosina Foli, for her unwavering support throughout this journey. My heartfelt thanks also go to the @kas.ghana for funding my tuition, making this dream possible.

I have big announcement coming soon! I canโ€™t wait to share with you!

To anyone facing setbacks right nowโ€”keep going. Your moment will come.
