Sunday morning, we woke up to Dozer having a terrifying seizure. Watching our sweet boy collapse, convulse, and lose control of his body was heartbreaking, and we rushed him to the emergency vet.

After meeting with the emergency and neurology teams, the vets are concerned that there may be more going on than epilepsy alone. They’re considering a possible structural abnormality, such as a tumor, that could be causing his seizures and other recent symptoms. Nothing has been confirmed, but the specialists involved in his care are recommending additional testing to find answers and determine how to help him.

Coming up with thousands of dollars overnight is a tremendous amount for two people, especially while trying to get our dog the urgent care he needs.

I created this GoFundMe because Dozer’s health means everything to me. Donations are never expected, but any contribution is deeply appreciated during this difficult time. Sharing his fundraiser or keeping him in your thoughts means just as much💓

Thank you for loving my gentle giant and helping us get answers. 🤍🐾 Link in bio

Those of you who know me, know I’ve felt Frida gives off “flower child” energy from the very start — so naturally, we had to capture it. 🌷🪻

What an AMAZING birthday photoshoot with the Treat Lady herself, @adogsnarrative ! 📸🎂🐾✨

She brought the treats, the fun, and all the birthday magic, and obviously I was the PERFECT model because I was being paid in snacks. 😂🦴💙

So many treats, so many pictures, and SO many opportunities to show off my handsome little face! 🎉📸 I may have been a little too excited about the treat portion of the photoshoot… but honestly, can you blame me?! 😋

Thank you for making my birthday extra special, Treat Lady! Every birthday boi deserves a photoshoot fueled by treats and surrounded by love! 🥳🐾💙

Now excuse me while I go check if there are any leftover cake from @dogeatcakeboston 👀🦴
