21 KM. Today was more than a race, it was a full mental battle.

From the start line in Selaata, adrenaline was high, legs felt light, and everything seemed under control.

But after a few kilometers, reality started to hit. The legs started asking questions. The comfort zone disappeared.

Somewhere around the middle, it stopped being about fitness, pace, or training. It became about mindset. About discipline. About who I am when things start getting hard.

Every kilometer felt like a checkpoint with myself.
“Are you stopping… or are you pushing?”

And step by step, I kept choosing to push. Not because it was easy. Not because I felt perfect. But because I wanted to prove to myself that I can stay locked in when my body wants to quit.

The last kilometers were pure heart. Pure fight. Pure will.

This race challenged me physically, but it built me mentally. And honestly… that’s why I run. To meet that version of myself that only shows up when things get uncomfortable.

Proud. Grateful. Hungry for more.
