Now THAT'S A RECAP 🤓

Not writing a four-page essay on what CultureCon was, what it should have been or what went down. 📝

At its core? It’s culture (duh), community, village, networking, top-tier vibes.and whatever energy you bring to it. It’s not CultureCon’s job to figure out your ROI. That is up to you. And if it was your first time, hopefully you at least enjoyed all the Black excellence beauty ✨

Now...I'm a bit privileged. I was hosting an activation, championing clients, showing up for my talent, meeting my legends, cheering on my friends and feeling pretty. 💅🏾

Immense gratitude to @culturecon @imaniimani and @topbarz.xyz and everyone who showed up and showed out. My feet still hurt but I'm ready for next year!

CultureCon 2026 ✨

As I step into my new role as Chief Growth Officer at The One Club, I’m focused on building corporate and community partnerships to upskill established creatives and open doors for aspiring ones.

We brought that mission to CultureCon with our One Big Idea Brief Competition, where three finalists took the stage to pitch their ideas for a chance to win $5K.

Shoutout to our board members #JimmySmith and @pumlefebure for bringing the energy, and @jpettyiii for making the intro that started it all. Huge thanks to @14thandmarket and @leahraetavares for helping bring the competition to life. And of course congrats to our winner, Alana Perez! 🎉

What you wear tells a story, a joke, or the best speech requiring a standing ovation.

When I say folks were DRESSED, FLY, & AUTHENTIC @culturecon, it was a wonder to witness. This weekend was not only about what you wore, it was about how you showed up, and we looked good doing it.

Some of my favorite pieces were from our attitudes. We were fitted mentally ready to connect, share, and build from all over the world.

So although most fits were fashionable, this weekend was not about what you wore, it was about how you showed up in the rooms you belong in. We just so happened to look damn good doing it.
