beyond grateful for this experience with 10 incredible women!! i still can’t quite believe i get to bring Kore to places like this and create experiences that bring people together through movement.

day 3 started with a sunrise walk, followed by breakfast, rainbows and movement, before diving into a nutrition workshop with @the.her.method then finished the day with the most stunning set up at the pavilion 🥹 the final dinner!!!

@caouracliffs gave us the most incredible backdrop for it all. feeling very, very grateful 🫶

DAY TWO, and possibly my favourite day of the retreat!! 🥹

sunrise walks, strength sessions, journaling, sauna sweats and plenty of connecting in between.

but i think my favourite part was seeing everyone start to really settle in. guards coming down, conversations flowing a little easier and people starting to just be themselves.

because sometimes, people just need to feel safe 🤍
