Throwing it back to last weekend at the High Museum of Art’s 100th Birthday Block Party! ✨

Thank you to @ekdougherty for inviting Dance Canvas to be a part of the festivities! We met tons of new friends and hugged old friends…and asked visitors to make up some choreography of their own! We also held an open rehearsal during the Block Party so that attendees could experience choreography in action! We loved bringing some dance to the party!

Snowed-in and Smiling: May snidbits from our annual January destination retreat provide each viewer JOY…and a reminder to EXHALE!

During The Wellth House™ InHER Wellth Mountain House Retreat, the women gathered for a transformative weekend of connection, restoration, and celebration. The experience began with a heartfelt welcome, dinner, networking, and creative “Be Charming” bracelet-making, followed by a relaxing night of wine, games, dancing, and reflection. Each morning started with rejuvenating yoga and nourishing breakfasts before participants enjoyed intentional free time for hiking, journaling, hot tub relaxation, and quiet reflection. The group engaged in the signature “Get Waisted” beading ceremony, shared meaningful meals, and honored personal and collective wins during the “Icing on the Cake” celebration dinner. Evenings brought cozy slumber-party vibes, carefully curated games & movie nights, karaoke, and soulful connection, culminating in the vibrant “No Where to Wear It” theme song dance party.

The retreat concluded with a powerful Pajamas, Pancakes, and Peace session to reset for the new year, leaving attendees refreshed, aligned, and empowered to step forward in their next season.

Our recent gathering at 800 Marietta Street NW, hosted inside Founding 100 Member Sherika Epko’s Ice Cream Parlor, was everything we envisioned and more.

A night filled with conversation, connection, and community, as we shared our vision for the next chapter of The Wellth House™ — expanding wellness, sisterhood, and growth for even more women.

To every woman who showed up, poured into the space, and reminded us what true community feels like, “thank you. “ We can’t wait to continue this journey with founding and new members.
