Still taking this one in 🤎☕

Women in Coffee brought together more than 180 guests who showed up to learn, connect, and lift one another up. Together, we raised over $1,400 for the Washington Women’s Foundation, and honestly, that number only tells part of the story.

Today I helped build a grazing table for 60 people with @adoreboards_ . It might not be wild game, but learning presentation, execution, and how to create a better experience is all part of where I’m taking Rack & Flame.

AUCTION FOR A CAUSE

Doreen from @adoreboards_ is joining #fliesforspokane to help families impacted by the Eastern Washington wildfires.

Our why is simple. We have a lot of friends throughout Eastern Washington and the hunting and outdoor community, and we truly believe God put it on our hearts to help however we can.

Doreen has generously donated one of her signature grazing table experiences for up to 50 guests, perfect for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and special celebrations.

Best of all, Adore Boards will travel anywhere in Washington at no additional travel cost or fees to create this experience for your event.

The fires in Eastern Washington have been heartbreaking to watch. I have a lot of friends in the hunting community out there, and I truly believe God put it on my heart to find a way to help.

That’s why I’ve teamed up with Josh Mills and Flys for Spokane to help raise money for families who have been displaced by these fires.

Doreen from @adoreboards_ and I are each donating an auction item to support the cause. She has donated a grazing table for up to 50 guests, and I’m donating a private hunting camp chef experience through Rack and Flame.

The easiest way to make a $5 snack look like a $100 appetizer.

One thing I’ve learned as a camp cook is that presentation matters just as much as flavor.

I recreated one of @adoreboards_ recipes using kettle cooked chips, fresh burrata, prosciutto, and microgreens. It took just a few minutes, but it completely changed the way everyone looked at a simple bag of chips.

Still reveling in the joy of celebrating our daughter and her sweet baby boy. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who joined us and for the incredible generosity shown to their growing family. Thank you for making the day so special and memorable.

Hunting season is won long before opening day.

The offseason is when I test recipes, sharpen camp cooking skills, and build meals that I’ll eventually serve after long days in the mountains.

This cucumber salad is one of those recipes.

Simple. Fresh. Easy to make at camp or around the fire after a hunt.
