Retirement has brought more consistency than Ive had in a long minute. Sometimes tough times in life fuel hard work.

Unlocked a new posing spot. Lighting is spot on.

Old dogs can still bite.

Hey - I know you're going through a lot right now. I am too.

BUT - the world is a MUCH better place with YOU in it... and these tough times are what forge us through God's hands into the strong people we're meant to be.

Every sunrise, cloudy masterpiece and moonlit starry night is a reminder of HIS grace and that plans are already in place FAR greater than we can understand... and I promise I have to TRY to see that light myself all the time. We're all part of something SO MUCH BIGGER than any individual can comprehend.

Reach out if you need me. Im here. I GENUINELY love you.

- A

Om nom nom…meal delivery day! 🤗

Thank you Andy at @adp.catering 😍

What’s on your menu this week?

This is what’s on mine.
The servings are so generous you can split each into two meals if you want 🙌

Slowly getting my head back into thinking about macros and fitness goals again, without becoming extreme about it 💕🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️
When healthy eating wasn’t modeled in your life, you have to learn it.
And practice it over and over and over again in order to install and maintain good habits.
It’s a work in progress…but I’ve done it before so I can do it again with hopes of maintaining this time 💪
Starting back with the basics…tasty nutrition to fuel the body first ❤️

Bought my first table saw from the GOOD people @rona.tillicum in Victoria today and she cuts like butta 🧈. No more bending over cuz da boyz don't like hauling around their heavy stands! Gotta save these old man knees for at least another couple decades.

I'm WELL aware this little @craftsmanca saw is far from Gucci like the rest of my @boschtoolscanada gear - but when you treat things right they do a good job until you levelup. Let's rememeber I was busy doing blow around 6 years ago - and NOW I'm EXTREMELY proud to say I have my own legally registered company. Progress comes in a LOT more ways than physiques.

Thank you to each and every one of you that believed in me enough to get here 🙏🏽

Well, the results are in. I literally CAN NOT make these meals for less than $12.50 per meal and that's before I factor in time to shop, gas money to go get food, the fact that I don't season or sauce my food well, or the fact that none of these foods at that price are even remotely close to the same quality of meat I'm receiving from my current meal prep company. If you are a busy individual working between 40 and 70 hour work weeks, after a two hour workout and a long day at work there's honestly nothing greater on earth than knowing your food is ready to go for you. Also, food just tastes better when someone amazing makes it for you.

Now I'm not saying that the food cannot be purchased and made for less than $15 per meal… But I am saying when you factor in your time, which is what we are being paid for in this world… the value I've just shown you is not deniable. Essentially, 2.50 per meal is the extra cost for me having my food put into my fridge and made 1000 times better then I can do it myself. If you multiply that by 14 meals per week, you get $35 (I was off saying $20 a week - but NOT in the fact it's still less than one hour of labour/week to have your meals put in your fridge). Is your time for cooking, grocery shopping, gas, money and stress not worth $35 or 1 hour a week? Mine sure as hell is.

So don't @ me @dustyhanshaw08 (who just put up a post saying meal prep companies are in his opinion, a waste of money) and again, if you are a stay at home employee or have a stay at home partner, who can make these for you it may be valuable to make your own food… But if you work full-time away from home. It's absolutely not.

If you live in the Victoria or Nanaimo area (and all the towns inbetween) I highly recommend my boy Andy from @adp.catering. Give him a shout today - and he'll hit your EXACT macros with delicious food put right in your fridge.

Please comment below if you feel I'm missing something here… I really don't think I am.

A big thank you to our corporate sponsors who have chipped in with either lump sum, monthly or product donations!

If you own a business or know someone who owns a business that supports this idea, please have them reach out! It’s tight financial and uncertain times for all of us. Even $5/month shows support and gets us closer to our goal!

We can continuously choose to do hard AF practices to expand our capacity to discomfort. To feel fully present and alive. Our minds and society try to keep us playing small, why not 𝑻𝑹𝑼𝑺𝑻, 𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝑳𝑨𝒀 f*ckin as massive as you possibly can!!
This morning 5 Brave Kick Ass Souls showed up in freezing temperatures, -9• Celsius without the windshield and plunged in cold AF Pacific Ocean. What will you do with your one Wild and Precious Life?

I started training myself when I couldn’t compete in sports due to injury. One of my favourite things when training folks is to find modifications that allow them to keep pushing towards their goals even when injuries crop up.

@adp.catering is completing Terminal Knee Extension (TKE) Step Up here to load the quads without having to place a large amount of stress on the knee (look at the angle of the knee at the bottom of the movement).

Also these @bellsofsteel pull blocks have added a new level of precision to loading movements like this 🤓
