I’ve seen great deals fall apart not because of price, but because emotions took over.

Sometimes buyers make lowball offers even after we’ve provided all the information they need and spoken with the seller’s agent to understand the seller’s position. The result? They shut down their chances before the real conversation even begins because the offer feels offensive to the seller.

And it’s not just buyers. Sellers and buyers alike can get personal and let emotions drive their decisions. When that happens, perspective is lost and progress stalls.

That’s when our job matters most — to bring everyone back to the table with an open mind and a shared goal: reaching an agreement that works for both sides.

Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s make sure strategy, not emotion, leads the way.

Asian buyers are reshaping Miami’s real estate market.

In September, buyers from China and Singapore led global searches for Miami properties, a sign of growing Asian interest in South Florida real estate.

Part of this momentum stems from recent policy shifts. The new “Gold Card” executive order, signed by President Donald Trump, would grant U.S. residency for a $1M investment. Meanwhile, Florida’s SB 264, which restricts property purchases by certain foreign nationals, is currently on hold amid legal challenges.

Despite the uncertainty, global demand remains strong. Miami continues to offer exceptional value — $1M buys nearly four times more luxury space than in Monaco or London — and nearly half of new construction sales in South Florida now involve international buyers.

📈 Timing matters. With global attention and strong international demand, this is an excellent moment to position your property for sale.
If you’ve been considering selling, let’s start a conversation about how to make the most of this market.

While many U.S. markets have cooled, Miami continues to shine, and I am proud to be part of the team leading the way. 🔥

According to The Real Deal’s latest rankings, Compass Florida closed $3.74 billion in on-market sales this year, making it the number one brokerage in Miami-Dade County.

Proud and grateful to work alongside incredible agents who bring passion, integrity, and dedication to every transaction. And most of all, thankful for the clients who trust us to help them find their place under the Miami sun. ☀️

If I could give one piece of advice to homeowners thinking about selling in the next year, it would be this: focus on first impressions and smart updates.

You don’t always need a full renovation to increase resale value. Sometimes it’s about doing the right things, not everything.
If your kitchen, floors, or bathrooms are more than 10 years old and the budget allows, I always recommend using Compass Concierge to refresh them.

If not, start simple: declutter, repaint, and create a space that feels fresh and inviting.

Buyers notice care, and that care almost always translates into value.

Thinking about selling soon? Let’s talk about where to focus your efforts to get the best return.

Just beyond Aventura’s edge sits Barra Callao @barracallao , a no-longer-secret Peruvian spot that completely redefines casual dining. 🇵🇪

It’s a small, intimate place with only ten seats at the bar, where the chef cooks right in front of you. Every dish is a piece of art — fresh fish, vibrant flavors, and the perfect blend of creativity and authenticity.

It’s the kind of place you tell your friends about, but secretly hope not everyone finds out.
