Running is serious.
Training doesn’t always have to be. 😄🏃‍♂️

A few glimpses from today’s session with the ASICS Running Club — good workouts, great coaches, plenty of laughs and a bunch of runners pushing each other to get better.

We meet every Saturday & Tuesday — and somehow the tough sessions become a lot more fun when you’re doing them together. 🔥

If you’re looking to run, improve, meet fellow runners and actually enjoy the process, come join us.

Good people. Great coaches. Better runs. ❤️
