Yesterday was truly impactful! ❤️

Our Hygiene Heroes team had the privilege of visiting Lagos African Church Grammar School (LAFRO), Ifako-Ijaye, College Road, Ogba, Lagos, where we engaged with the girls on menstrual health and hygiene.

We reminded them that menstruation is natural and that they should never feel ashamed, intimidated, or limited because of their periods. We also shared menstrual hygiene materials to support them and encourage healthy menstrual practices.

It was inspiring to see their enthusiasm, ask questions, and leave with more confidence and knowledge. Every conversation like this helps break the stigma surrounding menstruation and empowers young girls to embrace their health with confidence.

Weekend well spent with the girls who make life brighter 💕 My first vlog made it to the gram guys🤩🥳

Reconnecting with some of the amazing souls I met back in school. We laughed until our cheeks hurt, played games, devoured way too much food (and loved every bite), caught movies, and just soaked up the kind of energy only true friends bring.

It was fun and spontaneous. Super Grateful for the gift of Genuine sisterhood♥️

Oh, and PS: I tried my hand at voice-over for the first time! On a scale of 1 to 10, how did I do? 😅

We started day 2 with struggle to find a nice corner (suitable for sleep) in the school bus because most of us read over the night. My coursemate dey run as if bus go leave them commot for hostel😂😂😂.
Nobody even carried book we just pray and commit the ones we've read into the hands of God because day 1 choke😫😫
The exam was a success, though I almost cried because I had to repeat 250 questions because my system went off when I was about submitting and I had to start all over😭😭😭

But still God gat me always because I am sponsored by God🤗🤗
