Teaching on peptides Move forward with consideration of your biology and goals. These are NOT ‘linear!’ “I want to lose weight, therefore I’m going to use AOD-9604” you need to work with a professional who can help direct you and your body system to best respond. Your endocrine system is pulsatile, most people are ‘overdosing’ their system. Peptides are incredible, just be informed, educated and careful!

Big thank you to @theblackshot for sharing his incredible knowledge on peptides and their history with our Liminal Wellness community. It was amazing to learn about how peptides can support wellness goals and potentially offer alternatives to prescription medication. This is just the beginning, stay tuned for more events exploring different wellness topics. So grateful for this growing community #mentalhealth #wellnessjourney #community #wellnessclub

Ya… and actually spend your 💵 too 😂

We’re all glued to our devices basically extra limbs at this point.
So if we’re already on social media all day, every day… here’s a thought:
why not skip the giants like Amazon and support local instead?

If you’ve got something cool, authentic, and made with heart I’m all in.

Here are a few local favorites to get us started. I’ll keep adding more as Christmas gets closer, but please drop your go-to spots in the comments so we can help each other out and discover some hidden gems 💎👇

✨ Cinder Creek Event Center opening their space and hosting beautiful Christmas parties for families and businesses.
🔥 Ryan Burches is my tattoo artist and he’s offering amazing gift cards at a discount. Give the gift of tattoos this year.
🏡 Utah Commercial Concrete so many great projects happening this year. If you’re thinking home upgrades, hit them up. Their professionalism is top-notch.
💆‍♀️ Julie Saliby skincare in every aspect. No one is more knowledgeable. And while you’re at it… give yourself the gift of a facial too because we all need to relax this season 🎄

And for me…
I own Romys Juice Spa and Romy’s Cleaning Service 🤍
We have fun seasonal six-packs of fresh juice all the colors of the rainbow, beautifully gift wrapped 🎁 plus gift cards. And if you know someone who could use help with cleaning during the holidays (or beyond), we’ve got that covered too ✨
