A thoughtful extension of home.

Introducing the Mos Lane Guest Suite - a beautifully appointed, fully furnished private apartment, available exclusively to residents for the short-term stay of visiting family and friends.

Discreetly positioned on Level 1, the Guest Suite is finished to the same exacting standard as every residence within the building, and offers access to all shared amenities - from landscaped terraces and rooftop gardens to the private dining room and communal lounge spaces.

Designed for seamless hosting, the suite offers a rare blend of privacy, comfort, and refined hospitality - all without leaving the building.

Mos Lane has reached another important stage, with the first concrete pour of the final level now complete.

For future residents, this means the building has reached its full height and the focus is beginning to shift from forming the structure to enclosing the residences.

Façade works are now underway on Level 1, with external wall framing commenced and weatherboard cladding and window installation to follow. Next week will also see the final ground-floor concrete pour completed, alongside continued progress on Level 3.

With the structure advancing across four levels and the exterior beginning to take shape, future residents can now start to see their new homes really starting to emerge.

A great visit at Angus Edward, Interior Design Office in Prahran.

Angus was incredibly generous with his time, and it was also lovely to meet Julius, a new addition to the studio. A great opportunity to catch up, chat through what the team has been working on and introduce some of the latest additions to the Arcisan collection.

There’s plenty happening, from the award-recognised Kat the Label Armadale Flagship to the recently completed JAGGAD House in Brighton.

Always valuable to spend time in Melbourne’s design studios, talking product, materiality and specification, while getting an insight into the projects currently taking shape.

Thanks Angus and Julius for having me — a really enjoyable visit.

On site at Mos Lane with Tom House of House Business Group, who discusses why downsizing doesn’t always mean wanting less. Often, it means choosing what you want more of.

Less maintenance. Greater security. Walkability, amenity and a more connected lifestyle—without giving up generous living spaces, expansive balconies and indoor-outdoor living.

After listening to what local buyers were looking for, ADC amalgamated several two- and three-bedroom apartments to create larger penthouse residences.

More freedom. Still plenty of room to live.

Not downsizing. Right-sizing.

As Tom House of House Business Group puts it, Mos Lane hasn’t simply been designed in Mosman Park. It has been designed for it.

What makes Mos Lane work is the combination of two very different strengths.

Icon brings the experience and capability of a top-tier builder, with the site now well and truly humming towards completion.

ADC brings something just as important: a genuine understanding of Mosman Park. As a local team, they know the area, the people and what belongs here.

Together, they’re creating a place that feels considered for its surroundings and genuinely connected to the community it will become part of.

12 months from completion.

“Home is Mosman Park” means staying connected - to place, to people, to lifestyle.

Mos Lane has been designed for every chapter of life.

For those who want to remain in the suburb they love without the demands of a large home.

For those moving out, but staying close.

For families, friends, and futures that overlap.

Morning walks overlooking Mosman Bay.
Afternoon swims at Mosman Beach.

Everyday ease with a new village of curated retailers at your doorstep.

This is apartment living that doesn’t ask you to give anything up - only to live more lightly, more simply, and more intentionally.

A home designed not just for today, but for generations.

Construction continues to advance across multiple areas of the site, with further concrete pours now complete across Levels 1 and 2 and formwork progressing through the next stages of the structure.

Behind the scenes, another important part of the building is progressing too. The first batch of windows has now arrived in Perth, with further shipments on their way, while perimeter scaffolding has commenced in preparation for façade installation in the coming months.

Work also continues on the building’s core walls, precast and in-situ columns, basement services and façade preparation. An additional construction hoist has also been installed, supporting the increasing pace of activity as Mos Lane rises.

For future owners, this is where Mos Lane really starts to come to life. As the building rises above ground, the scale of the residences and their outlooks are becoming much easier to see, giving a clearer sense of what it will be like to live here.

With a limited collection of residences remaining, the project’s progress offers prospective buyers greater confidence as they consider the opportunities still available at Mos Lane.

Private appointments are available through the Mos Lane sales team.

A recent onsite trade lunch gave us the opportunity to pause and thank the skilled trades (up to 80 on site each day) and wider Icon Construction team bringing Mos Lane to life.

The buy in from the trades has been evident since day one. From the coordination behind the scenes to the craftsmanship happening across each level, delivering a project of this calibre relies on an enormous amount of skill, care and collaboration.

Likewise, the Icon team has worked closely with our architects, consultants and ADC delivery team to ensure every element of the build remains true to the vision for Mos Lane - considered, enduring and uncompromising on quality.

The trade lunch was a small way of saying thank you to everyone contributing their expertise to the project, and to recognise the progress being made on site.

We’d also like to shout out Cory from @princi_butchers for sorting out an epic lunch, 15kgs of pulled beef.

Anticipated completion: Q3 2027.

When opportunities become limited, quality matters more.

At Mos Lane, purchasing a home isn’t simply a financial decision.

It’s a decision about how you want to live.

That’s why every aspect of the project has been designed with longevity in mind.

Designed by Nelson + Koo, with apartment interiors by Hecker Guthrie and penthouse interiors by AE, the residences balance timeless design with everyday functionality.

Natural materials.
Thoughtful layouts.
Spaces designed to improve with age.

Beyond the residences, Mos Lane has been designed around something equally important: community.

Village retailers below.
Coastal and riverside amenity nearby.
A collection of residents who have chosen to remain connected to the suburb they love.

Because the best homes aren’t simply built well.

They’re built to remain relevant, comfortable and desirable for decades to come.

Mos Lane.
Quality you can count on.
A community you’ll want to be part of.

“The Architect Series: Tom Nelson - Part Two

Architecture has the capacity to contribute beyond the boundaries of an individual building.

In the second part of our conversation, Tom Nelson discusses the role Mos Lane will play within the wider Mosman Park community, and the importance of creating developments that make a meaningful contribution to the public realm.

A project designed not only for those who will live within it, but for the neighbourhood surrounding it.
