6 months until i do!! 🤍✨💒

michael bender, falling in love with you was the easiest thing i’ve ever done. you are the most patient, gentle, & selfless man i’ve ever known. i am incredibly honored to love you & be loved by you every day. thank you for encouraging me when i’m overwhelmed, supporting me when i feel weak, & most of all, loving me when i don’t deserve it. God was so kind in giving you to me & i’m thankful He crafted us with the other in mind. you truly are my other half, my best friend, & the love of my life. there is no one else with whom i’d rather face life’s challenges or celebrate triumphs! i can’t wait to be your wife so so soon & see all the Lord has in store for us in this new chapter!! i love you today, tomorrow, always, & forever!! 💌🤍🦕

p.s. - see you at the altar in 182 days!!!!

p.p.s. - thank you so much to the amazingly talented @aehamlens for these ADORABLE photos!! she’s the best!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

A first glimpse into the magical day of Alena & Bryce. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to capture their storybook wedding.

Up, Up and away. Allie’s 25 today. 🤣🤣

She’s my first. She brings me a lot of joy and laughter. Keeps me on my toes and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I love you. Happy Birthday Alexandriaaaaa 😘

Diabetes leads
steady, certain, unyielding.
It writes the rhythm beneath every breath.

But the choice of therapy
that’s mine.

Through it, I find motion again,
the kind that moves gently past the edges,
beyond the frame that once held me still.

Because even when control belongs to diabetes,
the living,
the becoming,
the me
is still mine.

Happy World Diabetes Day. 💙

“A Portrait of Type 1 Resilience”

As National Diabetes Month comes to a close, I’m putting up a final photo I captured. Creating through art will always be my favorite way to speak. 💙

Phone died mid-set.
@therunaroundsband kept running.
I got to dance and have the best time!
Here’s what survived. More coming soon. 🤍

There’s nothing better than getting completely lost in a show.

The Runarounds have been working hard and hearing the joy in that recognition happening? So cool to witness.

If you haven’t checked them out yet… consider this your sign.

Phone charged.
More photos + a few video clips from last night.

Catch me at another @therunaroundsband show soon… 🤔
