Probably the part of the class that i enjoyed most, simple, yet with all the alignments of the architecture coming together to showcase the grace of @barrelina.cheryl and the power of @_ivankoh . Truly "where movement meets structure, and elegance meets design".

3rd lens of the day, the 50150GM, truly a beast of a lens. Well balanced, very convenient, and the f2 is insane. May thanks to @cathayphoto for organising it and letting me experience the 2 lenses!

Wesley Loh ( @karwaiwesley ) leads an immersive photography workshop exploring the harmony between ballet and architecture, where your background is as important as your subject.

This was taken with the new Sony 100-400 F4.5 GM. Amazingly light, responsive and well balanced. No issues on focusing during the jumps and movement, even at full zoom!

Shot on my fav 85gmii, always very sharp rendition, as sharp as @_ivankoh silhouette, always look so put together, be he in the air or landing.

Where movement meets structure, and elegance meets design.

Spliting into 3 cause 3 spots, 3 lens, and too many photos.

Hydration is a discipline.

Hands on with @karwaiwesley and @sonysingapore yesterday with the a7r6. Fantastic camera, cuts through @dcprosg @pmi_gear smoke (which adds on so much drama, you can see the movement of the kicks!), retains focus on the eye, but also captures every twirl and swirl of the smoke. Love the grip, no more fatigue for my hands too!

Many thanks to @tkfototechnic for the chance to try it out!

On 10th February 2025, The Therapy Room took our biannual Mental Health Checkup for the seniors from Yong-en Active Hub (YEAH!) to the next level in the Journey of Time!

This year, being the 5th year of partnership with YEAH!, we integrated even more activities alongside the checkup, thanks to our amazing partners! Seniors kicked off the day with a mental wellness survey led by student leaders from Kent Ridge Secondary School. They also enjoyed arts & crafts, brain games, and shone on stage with music performances and other talents!

We were also honored to have Senior Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Eric Chua, join us for this special occasion. And In celebration of Chinese New Year, a delicious spread was sponsored by Singapore Pools.

A special highlight was our Fashion Runway, where seniors strutted their stuff in beautiful clothing designed by Anseina from Ans.Ein!

All these made possible to get our venue sponsor Gateway Theatre for such a beautiful and professional setup!

Once again, a big thank you to all our supporting partners for making this event a huge success: Anseina, Kent Ridge Secondary School, Gateway Theatre, Singapore Pools, Singapore Kindness Movement, and Listening Lab and our many volunteers! Last but not least, thank you to YEAH! for making this event possible. Indeed, it take a village to walk the Journey of Time!

See you for our next Mental Health Check up in August 😊
